Prolamsa is a company specialized in the manufacturing of carbon steel profiles, tubes, and components, serving a wide range of industries including construction, automotive, agriculture, and furniture.
Given the complexity of each client’s delivery logistics, we needed a highly organized platform capable of clearly displaying all relevant information.
A UI update was also requested, as the current platform lacked a clear and visually appealing interface.

For this project, multiple user journeys were created due to the complexity of the workflows users had to navigate.
With support from the BAs, we developed detailed scenarios and use cases to ensure all variations were accurately represented.

We updated the UI components across the platform to significantly improve clarity and usability.
This included refining the typography for better readability, standardizing iconography to make actions easier to recognize,
and redesigning buttons to enhance visibility and interaction. Together, these updates created a more intuitive, consistent, and user-friendly interface.

Multiple screens were redesigned to enhance clarity, consistency, and overall usability. After these updates, we saw a notable increase in user satisfaction.
80% of users reported that the interface felt cleaner and more modern, and they found it easier to locate key features and complete their tasks without confusion
20% of users initially felt confused when trying to identify sections they were familiar with. However, once they got past the learning curve, they reported that the new structure was much easier to navigate.
