The Product Owner asked for an intuitive app for users on jobsites. This app would track the progress of the construction site and include information such as materials used, the percentage of sections completed, and most importantly, the integration of 3D models.
wireframes & user interviews.
We started with user flows, wireframe creation and flows in order to test it with users. At the same time we started with the 3D models creation.
results.
After the user interviews, we refined the journey flows and moved into creating high-fidelity mockups.
The 3D models were removed based on user feedback, even though they were originally intended to be a core feature.
90% of users were able to understand and successfully complete the tasks provided.
